That solution is an implant that's actually adjustable. The enhancements are put into the patient through a one-and-a half-inch incision. During the procedure, the surgeon attaches a tiny port, a rubbery piece with a tube on the end that can be used to add saline later. The port sits on the rib under the breast.

The doctor carefully sizes the implants while the patient is in the operating room, but sometimes, after the swelling goes down, patients want a little extra boost.

Sounds cool. Women can now vary their breast sizes in a jiff. Moreover, given the fact that women tend to change their minds a lot often, this procedure sure does provide the needed aid.
