It’s For All

It is already established that cosmetic surgery is gaining popularity with men. But it is still different when you actually see people’s lives being changed because of cosmetic surgery.

Take for instance Centredaily’s story of a man who found hope and who got his confidence back through facial surgery. This man is Michael LeVan and this is what he has to say about cosmetic surgery:

I don't think it's a bad thing anymore. I don't think it's just for women. I don't think it's just for movie stars. For people who want to look better, it's an alternative.

LeVan has a very good reason for having surgery. His hockey injury brought him an undesirable sagging flesh around his eye. And this posed a threat to his job as a pilot.

As LeVan also mentioned, he did not do it because he wanted to look younger, he did it because he wanted to look better.

There are more unpublished cases of men undergoing cosmetic surgery to correct certain deformities, and this has nothing to do with vanity, which fortunately most people now begin to realize. Media hype has implanted into people’s minds that cosmetic is only for the rich and famous, when in fact anyone can benefit from it just like Levan.

Stories like this open up new opportunities for cosmetic surgery. Gone are the days when cosmetic surgery is only for celebrities who are ever conscious with their looks and always take the spotlight. It is for anyone who wants to look better and who wants to have better opportunities.
