It is quite strange but it is somehow true. Your looks sometimes define who you are. Your jaw, for instance, gives such an impression. Lower jaw implants are a bit more complicated, only because both sides are usually done at the same time. The total operating time is thus doubled on average. The incisions are almost always done inside the mouth on either side of the lower lip. Again, pockets are created in the flesh and the implants are inserted. The sutures dissolve in a week or so.

Jaw implant info

Hi,

I am contacting you as I am in desperate need to find a true specialist of jaw
agmentation surgery procedures. I am 25, I am from France but currently live in
Thailand. I have tried to find surgeons both in France and in Thailand and they
seem to know very little about this procedure. I already saw many plastic
surgeons and didn't have any confidence in any.

I am young and for me the budget of such intervention is the most critical
point. However I am determined more than ever to do it.

I know it would be impossible for you to tell exactly how much such procedure
would cost and it would certainly be non professional, but you understand that
before coming from the other side of the world to meet with you and plan a
surgery if you accept, I would need to have an idea of possible variations of
costs even a broad variation is still very decisive for me.

I do not have any major problem with my jaw it is purely an esthetic approach
for me. I am not allergic to any medecine, never performed any surgery which
could have an impact on this procedure and I do not have any particular health
problem.

You really seem to me as THE specialist in this area and I would be very
motivated to come and meet with you. As I am young I also need to know in
advance if I can afford it. It would be stupid to pay the cost of a trip to
USA for nothing.

I would be interested to have a polyethylene microporous implant screwed on my
jaw bone.
