Dr. L. Leslie Bolton, M.D., F.A.C.S. is a Los Angeles cosmetic surgeon known for his commitment to the highest standards of technical and artistic excellence. A board certified plastic surgeon, he is widely regarded as a doctor who aggressively pursues continuous training on the latest plastic and reconstructive surgery techniques, and is at the forefront of applying these techniques for the benefit of his patients.

Dr. Bolton graduated from the College of Medicine of the University of Tennessee in Memphis. For five years, he served general surgery residencies at Atlanta’s Emory University Hospitals and at the University of Kentucky Hospitals. Another two years were then spent at the University of Southern California for intensive training in plastic and reconstructive surgery. He is currently a clinical instructor of plastic surgery there.

Upon completion of his stint at the University of Southern California, Dr. Bolton decided to focus his talents exclusively on cosmetic procedures, and launched his private practice in 1987. Located right in the heart of Beverly Hills, his practice boasts of a fully accredited, state-of-the-art surgical facility.

Among the new plastic surgery techniques that Dr. Bolton is credited with pioneering is endoscopy, a much less invasive surgical technique that leaves minimal or no visible scarring at all. One of the first cosmetic surgeons in Los Angeles to offer this procedure for breasts and faces, he has perfected and performed a good number of endoscopic brow lifts, cheek lifts and breast augmentations over the past 10 years.

A Diplomate of the American Board of Plastic Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, Dr. Bolton is also on the Board of Reviewers for Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. A past editor of the Aesthetic Society News, he has also written articles that have been published in the Annals of Plastic Surgery and the Journal of Trauma. And, consistent with his dedication to foster greater public understanding of what aesthetic surgery can achieve, he serves via the Aesthetic Society Spokesperson program as a resource person for journalists worldwide, and often speaks before community groups.

A distinguished member of the aesthetic surgery community, Dr. Bolton is also actively involved with the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, American Society of Plastic Surgeons, California Society of Plastic Surgeons and Lipoplasty Society of North America.
