Just days after Britney Spears gave birth to her second child, news from weblogs and other sources have been spreading concerning Britney getting a tummy tuck.
The Bosh has this to say:
Pop diva Britney Spears reportedly had a tummy tuck after the birth of her second child, reports NW Magazine.
The 'Toxic' singer delivered her second son at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, in Los Angeles, just before 2am on Tuesday (12.09.06).
Sources spilling to NW, say Britney is so desperate to have her old body, she couldn't wait for the weight to drop with excercise.
What Britney may not have realized, if this issue is true, is that she wasn’t in the best shape possible to undergo the procedure. Suntimes.com quoted Dr. Thomas Musloe saying that the best time to have abdominoplasty is when the patient has fully recovered from their C-section, has lost weight and is in the best shape possible for any operation. Musloe is the chairman of plastic and reconstructive surgery at Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
Given this statement from a respected cosmetic surgeon, it can be deduced that Britney’s tummy tuck wasn’t well though out to begin with. Lucky for her though since there were no reports of her suffering from complications of any sort concerning the surgery she underwent.
